We know our employees do their best when they feel their best. Our Medical Plan offers employees the choice of Aetna EPO or Aetna PPO. Our Medical Plan design includes prescription drug coverage. The PPO program includes in-network and out-of-network options.
Aetna DMO and Aetna PPO are offered. The PPO program includes in-network and out-of-network options.
Our Vision Plan is offered through VSP and includes in-network and out-of-network options.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts allow employees to set aside a portion of their salary, before taxes, to pay for qualified Health Care and Dependent Care expenses.
Long Term Disability (LTD)
Long-Term Disability is a Company-sponsored benefit that allows full-time employees on an approved medical disability leave for 90 days or longer to receive pay continuation coordinated with state/federal disability benefits.
Employee Basic Life Insurance/Accidental Death & Dismemberment
The Company provides eligible employees with Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment plans equal to their Eligible Benefit Earnings.
Voluntary Life Insurance Plans
Eligible employees may purchase additional life insurance coverage for themselves and for their spouse and children.
Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Eligible employees have the option of purchasing a Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) policy separate from the Voluntary Life Insurance Plans. The Voluntary AD&D plan can be elected for the employee, and for their spouse and children.
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program is sponsored by the Company and offers professional and confidential counseling services for employees and their family members.
Employees can take charge of their financial future by participating in our 401(k) Plan, offered by John Hancock Retirement Plan Services. The Plan has flexibility in investment and contribution options.
We recognize the importance and necessity of time for the purposes of leisure, recreation, relaxation, and personal obligations. Accordingly, our vacation plan offers a program for eligible employees to use for vacation as well as for personal time off.
Employees accrue two weeks of vacation per year. The number of weeks of vacation accrual will increase as employees reach anniversary milestones. After completion of anniversary milestones, eligible employees are awarded a bonus week of additional vacation benefits.
Each calendar year, we strive to create a generous holiday schedule in appreciation of our dedicated employees. Adjustments to the holiday calendar are made each year in an effort to maintain the spirit and balance of our program with past years.
Employees may use paid sick leave for diagnosis, care or treatment of an existing health condition or preventive care for themselves or a qualified family member.
